Intensive storage rack type summary

Intensive warehouse rack is a special rack system designed to improve the utilization rate of warehouse space, improve storage capacity and reduce warehousing operation costs. According to different storage needs and technical characteristics, its types are also divided into several types, the following is a summary of the types of dense storage racks.

Dense storage rack

1. Drive-in rack. Pallet warehouse rackving system with no aisle. Access to goods requires forklifts to enter the inside of the rack to operate, greatly reducing the forklift channel, optimizing more than 80% of the warehouse space.

2. Double depth rack. It is suitable for goods with large storage capacity, and the access efficiency is higher than that of ordinary beam racks.

3. Gravity rack. Use the weight of the goods to access. Cargo is placed on a inclined track and cargo is first in, first out.

4. Narrow lane racks (VNA). The forklift channel is about 1700mm, the cargo space is very dense, and it is a storage shelf for free selection of goods.

5. Shuttle rack. Density storage, high warehouse utilization. High working efficiency, greatly reduce operation waiting time. The operation mode is flexible, and the access mode of goods can be first-in-first-out, or first-in-last-out. Good safety, reduce shelf collision, improve safety productivity.

6. Four-way car rack. In the fully automated storage rack, the goods can achieve first-in-first-out or first-in-last-out, reducing cost and increasing efficiency.

7. CTU rack. In fully automated warehouse rack. It can achieve FIFO or FIFO and is suitable for automated storage of light cargo.
