Working principle of fluent shelves

The goods are transported by trolleys and are manually accessed. The load capacity of each layer of the unit shelf is usually 100KG. Left and right, the shelf height is within 2.5 meters, and products are placed in several grids.

It is suitable for process conversion on both sides of the assembly line, assembly line production, picking operations in distribution centers and other places. It can be equipped with electronic tags to realize information management of goods. Widely used in automobile, pharmaceutical, chemical and electronic industries.

Sliding composite tube shelves are equipped with slide rails. Relying on the sliding and inclination of the slide rails and the gravity of the materials themselves, the materials can automatically slide. The goods are placed on the rollers from the upper end of the sloped slides, and the goods rely on gravity. The function automatically slides down, using one channel to stock and the other channel to pick up goods. It can realize first-in-first-out and multiple pickings for one replenishment.
