Gravity-type shelves are also known as roller-type shelves or inclined-type shelves. They are a type of first-in-first-out shelves that use the weight of the goods to automatically slide down, achieving dense and dynamic storage. Like most types of warehouse shelves, they are customized according to requirements and are not available in stock. So, how many working days does it take to customize gravity-type shelves? Let's find out below.

The customization process of gravity-type shelves involves multiple professional stages. First, the customer's requirements are determined, then a design plan is made based on the requirements, the plan is confirmed, the price is determined, the contract is signed, and then the production process begins. The production process involves complete technological procedures such as steel cutting, punching, welding, acid washing and phosphating, electrostatic spraying (or plastic spraying), drying, etc.

From clarifying the requirements to the final installation, the entire cycle is not fixed and is affected by multiple factors such as project complexity, scale, supplier scheduling, and on-site conditions. For most warehouse shelf manufacturers, the customization time for gravity-type shelves is generally more than 10 working days, which is more than half a month. Of course, this depends on the size of the project, order volume, and production capacity, and each warehouse shelf manufacturer is different.
