With two passenger terminals and two runways, the airport brings enormous social and economic value to Hong Kong. About 73,000 people at the airport and business partners are on duty, consolidating Hong Kong's status as a major international and regional aviation logistics center. To cope with the long-term demand growth of the airport, the Airport Authority is planning to expand into a world-class top airport with three runways.

The area of Hong Kong SINOMACH is very large, and the growth of business volume has also increased the demand for aircraft tire racks. Hong Kong International Airport Company needs to add a batch of tire-specific storage shelves for storing aircraft tires, also called tire warehouse shelves. Because the tire size of each model is different, the design is mainly based on arrangement, and high-density arrangement is made for each type of tire, which improves the space used in the warehouse and facilitates the manual access of tires.
