Customer introduction:

Established in 2004, Toyo Rubber & Plastic (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan Toyo Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou Development Zone. The main products are automobile shock absorbers, constant velocity steering knuckles and other auto parts, and the main customers are well-known automobile manufacturers such as Toyota and Nissan.

Toyo Rubber & Plastics mainly produces auto parts, with huge daily shipments, and the requirements for storage shelves are first-in, first-out. According to its warehouse conditions and storage requirements, Eyda engineers designed gravity racking for it in combination with the specifications and weight of the goods.

Gravity racking, also called roller shelf, is a type of first-in, first-out racks. The pallets with goods slide down rapidly along the rollers under the action of gravity, and then separate at the end of the racks, which is conducive to the selection of goods.

The storage density of roller shelves is high, reducing the number of aisles in the warehouse. It can prevent the theft of goods to the greatest extent, without any energy and power operation, and save the usage of forklifts.

After comparing with other FIFO racks, the customer finally chose the gravity rack, which has been put into use, greatly improving the storage capacity of their warehouse and improving the efficiency of the warehouse.
