Taking into account that the adult height is more than 1.5 meters and the floor of the mezzanine has a height of 10cm (that is, thickness), and in order to avoid staff feeling depressed or needing to bend down when working in the attic, the net height (minimum height) of the first floor of the mezzanine can not be less than 1.9 meters. If the net height is 1.7 meters, the staff need to bend the waist or lower the head when working in the attic, which is easy to cause body strain and violates the rationality principle of the rack design.
However, if the floor is short, the stored goods do not need high frequency of entry and exit, and the height of the design below 1.5 meters is also ok. All in all, the floor height of the mezzanine is about 1.8-1.9 meters, but in the actual design, it is also necessary to take into account the height of the warehouse, the storage needs of goods, the convenience of personnel operation and other factors. Because it is customized, the height can be adjusted, so there is no need to worry about this problem.
