The obvious advantage of pallet racks is their heavy load-bearing capacity and the ability to allow for random picking of goods. Therefore, they are widely used in warehouses, factories, workshops, cold storages, and other scenarios. The traditional way of accessing goods in these racks is with forklifts. However, in the current era of intelligence, many enterprises have higher requirements for efficiency, so they aim to achieve automated storage. Fortunately, factory pallet racks can be paired with AGV unmanned forklifts to achieve automated access to goods.

The collaborative operation of pallet racks and AGV unmanned forklifts is becoming an important path for enterprises' warehousing to achieve automated upgrades. Each AGV forklift can handle 30-50 pallets per hour. Each pallet rack project can be equipped with multiple AGV forklifts, which not only saves labor costs but also significantly improves operational efficiency. This fundamentally reshapes the traditional material handling model.

Deploying a factory pallet rack system with AGV unmanned forklifts can yield short-term investment returns that are long-term and quantifiable. In terms of storage density, the width of the unmanned forklift passage only needs to be slightly wider than the vehicle body, which is much smaller than the safety passage required for manual forklifts. This enables more densely arranged high-level pallet racks in the warehouse, increasing the storage density by more than 30%.
