Shuttle racking belongs to a semi-automated warehousing system. It uses pallet trucks to automatically run on the racking tracks to complete the storage and retrieval of goods. Its core advantage lies in the extreme space utilization. Combined with deep aisle design, the storage capacity utilization rate can reach over 90%. Such a design can significantly reduce the working time of personnel, save labor costs, and achieve dense and efficient storage, making it an ideal solution for cold storage to store goods.

While roller racking uses the weight of the goods to automatically slide from the top to the bottom on the inclined 3-5 degree roller tracks to achieve first-in-first-out. Its greatest feature is that it operates without energy consumption, relying entirely on gravity for drive. Forklifts only need to store or retrieve goods at the two ends of the racking, and the space utilization rate can reach over 75%. It is suitable for industries with strict requirements on storage dates, such as food and pharmaceuticals, and can automatically implement batch management.
