Pallet rack and drive-in rack are widely used types of warehouse rack, and cold storage goods also need to be used. Cold storage because of the low temperature, the storage capacity generally has higher requirements. What kind of storage capacity is large for cold storage tray shelves and drive-in rack? Drive-in rack

Cold storage tray shelves are a common storage solution for all types of cargo. They are usually designed as multi-layer structures, with one or more pallets placed on each layer. The advantage of this kind of shelf is that it is relatively convenient to access the goods, and it is suitable for frequent goods in and out of the warehouse. However, due to the need to leave forklift channels between pallet shelves, this takes up a certain amount of space, thus limiting the overall storage capacity.

Drive-in rack

Drive-in shelf is a kind of intensive storage shelf, the design eliminates the passage between the shelves, and the forklift needs to enter the inside of the shelf for access operation. This design greatly increases the storage density, allowing more goods to be stored in the same space. In general, the storage capacity of drive-in shelves is usually 3-5 times higher than that of pallet shelves. It can be seen that the capacity of the incoming shelf is larger than that of the cold storage tray shelf.
