Guangzhou Liby Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. is a domestic daily chemical enterprise, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Guangzhou, mainly engaged in daily chemical products, hair care, skin care and cosmetics and other nine categories of products, a total of hundreds of varieties, the marketing scope of all provinces and cities across the country.

Liby Group is a large-scale daily chemical company with a wide variety of products. This custom storage shelf is used to store cleaning daily necessities. Because the product inventory is very large and the daily shipment is also large, the customer requires customized storage racking with automation functions.

According to the area, height and specific storage needs of its warehouse, Guangzhou Eyda Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. designed Guangzhou shuttle racking system for it.

The warehouse of Liby Group has an area of 1,300 square meters and a height of 10 meters. The entire project took nearly 3 months to complete. The customer originally wanted to make fully automated warehouse shelves, but due to the low height of the warehouse, it was not suitable for fully automated shelves, and finally chose shuttle racking. Shuttle racks are semi-automatic racks, mainly relying on the shuttle to realize the automatic storage function, but first use a forklift to fork the goods onto the shuttle. Of course, this shelf solution also meets their storage needs.
